Account security
Passwords are stored using secure one-way hashing. Sessions are managed on the server. Session validation and request-security controls are applied to cart and profile actions. The system is designed so users access only their own account and order information. Do not share your password with third parties.
Payment information
Card information is not stored in the Stopercim database. Payments are processed through the secure infrastructure of the authorized payment provider; Stopercim retains only transaction references necessary to manage order and payment status.
Communication and external links
Information you provide by email or phone is used to respond to your request. When you open WhatsApp or other external links, the relevant provider’s terms apply. Do not share unnecessary personal or card information through these links.
Preferences and updates
Membership is not conditional on advertising consent. If marketing communications are offered in the future, opt-in and opt-out preferences will be managed separately. The policy is updated when data-processing activities change. For personal-data requests, use the channels listed in the Personal Data Disclosure Notice.
